Our mission is to empower and support individuals with disabilities in Oklahoma by providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to secure meaningful long-term employment and become self-sufficient members of the working community.
Job Connection went from an unknown provider, to the largest team in Oklahoma in a truly short amount of time. To get where we are today took a lot of nights away from home, long hours, and long drives. I couldn’t have done it without all the people who have worked with us along the way.

A Little History
Rick launched Job Connection in 2005 with a clear vision that he would expand and refine over the next 15 years. Our first clients came from Bartlesville, OK, where we faced many challenges and financial constraints. We owe our success to the support and collaboration of our friends, clients, employees, counselors, and most importantly, clients.
Like a movie star or professional athlete we become you’re personal agent helping you find the job you want.
