The best way for our clients to get to know what they want to do, is to do it! Getting experience in a given field is key to knowing if that type of Job is right for them. We work closely with Employers to have a positive experience and benefit both them and the Client.

Initial Assessments allow us to get to our Client and how they prefer to work. These are typically 2 hours. They allow us to do a basic task analysis of what our Client is capable of, and how best to help them succeed in their future Job search!

Career Exploration is a more in-depth Job Shadowing experience. Here we really aim to allow our Clients to work for the employer, through our company, as a typical employee. Touring the Job Site, meeting employees, and really getting a feel for the type of environment they are wanting to work in!
