Our Employment Consultants act as your personal sales agents. We believe in the power of in-person job searching and direct door-knocking to bypass algorithms and secure the best possible match.

On-Site Mentorship

Once hired, for qualifying DRS contracts*, our dedicated Job Coaches step in to provide hands-on, 1-on-1 training at your new workplace to help build your confidence and independence.

*Depends on DRS contract; primarily available for Supportive Employment clients.

When Rick Fraley launched Job Connection LLC in 2005, we were starting from zero. Instead of aiming to be the biggest agency in the industry, we focused on being the most principled. Built on a foundation of hard work and uncompromised ethics, our startup has steadily grown into a trusted employment team where integrity drives every placement we make.

The Secret to Success

Our Two-Part Support Team

Finding a job and keeping a job require different skills. That's why we utilize a specialized two-step approach designed to maximize your success in the workplace.

1. Employment Consultants

The matchmakers. They act as your personal advocates, utilizing a salesperson attitude and old-fashioned, in-person door-knocking to locate prospective employers, bypass online filters, and market your unique abilities directly to the local community.

2. Job Coaches

Your professional mentors. For qualifying clients, they are on-site with you, providing patient, hands-on guidance to help you master daily tasks and transition smoothly into independence.

Please note: On-site Job Coaching depends on your specific OK DRS contract. Typically, only clients in the Supportive Employment program receive on-site job coaching services.

Find your nearest Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services office by calling (800) 487-4042.

Ask your local DRS to set up an appointment for Vocational Rehabilitation. Tell them you specifically want to work with Job Connection LLC.
