About the Role:

As a Job Coach, you are the on-site anchor for our clients' success. You will work directly alongside individuals in the community to help them achieve true workplace independence. Your day-to-day involves traveling to various employer sites, shadowing clients as they work, reinforcing their training, and helping them build confidence in their daily tasks.

Because you will be commuting to different locations to support our clients, you will receive mileage reimbursement for your travel. You do not need previous coaching experience or specialized degrees to be incredible at this job—if you have patience, a big heart, and a desire to see others win, we will train you entirely for skill.

As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in the lives of our clients by locating and marketing prospective employers. You will advocate for the client during the employment search and provide ongoing support once they are employed. You will spend your time out in the field, bypassing standard online applications to secure real, life-changing opportunities.
